There's nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked hot cross buns drifting through the air. At Butterken Bakery, we make sure every bite lives up to that moment.

Handcrafted with the same love and care that goes into everything we bake, our hot cross buns are soft, pillowy, and packed with flavour. Made with our signature sourdough base and the finest natural ingredients, these are not your average hot cross bun.

Two flavours to choose from:

Traditional - Warmly spiced and studded with plump, juicy fruit, our traditional hot cross buns are everything you know and love, elevated. Perfect toasted with a generous spread of butter.

Chocolate - For those who like to indulge, our chocolate hot cross buns are rich, decadent, and utterly irresistible. A modern twist on a classic favourite that's impossible to eat just one of.
