  • Chewy centres, deep golden crust, a deliciously salty bite. We bake ours the traditional way and serve them in options: salted, butter, or cream cheese and chives.

  • Good sourdough can't be rushed. Ours ferments slowly over many hours, developing the kind of depth and tang you don't get any other way. Baked in the traditional German style, with a crust that cracks and a crumb that stays.

  • From buttery pastries to rich cakes, crumbly biscuits to whatever's just come out of the oven this season, our sweets are made with the same care as everything else. Hard to walk past. Harder to have just one.

  • Sourdough is a mixture of flour and water. Wondering how it works? Wild yeast and bacteria can be found in the air, on the surface of grains and even on your skin.

    When you mix flour and water together and allow it to ferment at a suitable temperature, those yeasts and good bacteria start to feed on the flour and create gas, which has the ability to leaven (raise) bread.

    Our bread is known for its moist crumb, which is achieved by using a high water content and sourdough.

  • Yes you can!

    Freeze your bread as fresh as possible, ideally the day you buy it.

    If you're planning to keep it frozen for longer than 2 days, wrap it in cling film first. This keeps it protected and helps prevent freezer burn.

    When you're ready to eat it, let it thaw at room temperature, or in the microwave.

    Bread Loaves: 180℃ | 8-10min

    Bread Sticks: 180℃ | 5-6min

    Bread Rolls: 180℃ | 3-4min

    Pretzels: 180℃ | 3min

    Pastries: 160℃ | 3-5min
