  • Butterken Bakery General Terms & Conditions

    Through your visit, purchase, or use of our website you agree to be bound by these terms. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase our products and cease using our website.

    User Conduct

    When you place an order with us you agree that you:

    ·        are over the age of 18 years

    ·        operate a relevant business if placing a wholesale order

    ·        will not re-sell the goods through a wholesale venture

    Products & Services

    We strive to provide accurate and current product descriptions. Weights, if listed, are an average and are subject to fluctuations. All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change. Product availability may vary. Our production spaces have allergens present, including but not limited to Gluten, Dairy, Eggs and Nuts. Our products are artisanal and thus may vary in shape and appearance etc.

    Orders & Payment

    All orders must be placed minimum 48 hours in advance of pick-up time. Orders are best placed through our website, alternatively phone or email orders are possible. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. We also offer payment via invoice upon request to orders above certain thresholds. After placing an order with us you will receive a confirmation via email. Contact us to modify or cancel your order with 48 hours notice. Changes requested less than 48 hours to pick-up may not be approved. Cancellations may incur fees.

    Delivery & Pick-up

    Orders can be picked-up from our main store location at 54 Mount Eliza Way, Mount Eliza 3930. Time of pick-up can vary depending on type and quantity of order, please adhere to discussed pick-up time. Delivery is not currently available for retail orders.

    Refunds & Returns

    We do not accept returns. Butterken Bakery is under no obligation to offer refunds on goods damaged or otherwise made unusable after pick-up. Faulty/unfit goods can be refunded or credited subject to investigation and review of their unfit quality. We will not issue credits or refunds for partially used stock. Requests for refunds or credits on faulty goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Butterken Bakery will not issue refunds, returns, swaps or credits for bread made unusable by user error when using our in-store bread slicer.

  • Butterken Bakery Gift Card Terms & Conditions

    Through your purchase of a gift card with Butterken Bakery agree to be bound by these terms. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not continue with your purchase.

    User Conduct

    When you buy a gift card with us you agree that you:

    ·        are over the age of 18 years

    ·        have read and understood all the terms and conditions outlined

    ·        will inform the receiving party, to the best of your ability, of the relevant terms and conditions

    Orders & Payment

    Gift cards are only available for use in-store. Gift cards have the value deducted at the time of the order. Gift cards cannot be used partially e.g., should you have a transaction for $10 and a gift card valued at $15, you must use the whole value, leaving you with $5 remaining on the gift card. Gift cards can be used in conjunction with other payment methods if the value of the gift card is less than the value of the order.

    Delivery & Pick-up

    Gift cards purchased online are delivered via email. Gift cards purchased in-store are entitled to a physical gift card subject to availability.

    Refunds & Returns

    We do not accept returns. The purchase of a gift card cannot be refunded. Sales made with gift cards are final and cannot be refunded. Butterken Bakery is under no obligation to offer refunds on goods damaged or otherwise made unusable after pick-up. Faulty/unfit goods can be exchanged for exact or equivalent products subject to investigation and review of their unfit quality. We will not issue exchanges for partially used stock. Requests for exchanges on faulty goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

  • Butterken Bakery Wholesale Terms & Conditions

    Through your wholesale purchase with us you agree to be bound by these terms. Please review these terms carefully.

    User Conduct

    When you place a wholesale order with us you agree that you:

    ·        are over the age of 18 years

    ·        operate a relevant business

    ·        will use the goods purchased in relation to your business

    ·        will not re-sell the goods through a wholesale venture of your own

    Products & Services

    We strive to provide accurate and current product descriptions. Weights listed are an average and are subject to fluctuations. All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change. Should GST be applicable it is included in the listed price. Product availability may vary. Our production spaces have allergens present, including but not limited to Gluten, Dairy, Eggs and Nuts. Our products are artisanal and thus may vary in shape and appearance etc.

    Orders & Payment

    All orders must be placed by 10am 2 business days in advance of pick-up/delivery time. For example, for a delivery on Friday, the order must be placed by 10am Wednesday. Wholesale Orders are best placed through email. Payment is required via invoice before receipt of goods. For specific products, customer sizing and/or shape, minimum quantities may be required.

    Delivery & Pick-up

    Orders can be picked-up from our main store location at 54 Mount Eliza Way, Mount Eliza 3930. Time of pick-up can vary depending on type and quantity of order, please adhere to discussed pick-up time. We also offer delivery on wholesale orders over $150. Please discuss with us what days are suitable for delivery to your location. We cannot guarantee specific times for delivery but can offer you a window of when to expect us.

You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

    Butterken Bakery will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

    It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will  take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
