We’re thrilled to share our exciting new feature in The Ninch!
A big thank you to the team for dropping by our bakery in Mt Eliza and doing such a fantastic job capturing what we’re all about.
Our mission has been the same since opening in 2022: we want to change the way people think about bread. No more mass-produced loaves from supermarket shelves. Our focus is on maximising nutrition, using organic whole grains and proper fermentation techniques.
Transparency is so important to us. As we expand our offering to include a dedicated patisserie space, we want everyone who comes through our doors to know exactly what goes into their food, who made it and how.
